1. Conditions for Return
Returns or replacements are only processed if the product is received damaged or defective. We do not offer returns for “change of mind.” or “size”
2. Mandatory Unboxing Video (Proof)
To protect against fraudulent claims, a video of the package being opened is strictly required.
- Start of Video: The video must show the parcel’s original packaging and the shipping label clearly before opening.
- No Edits: The video must be a single, continuous shot with no cuts or pauses.
- The Reveal: You must show the product being taken out of the packaging and clearly demonstrate the damage.
Note: If an unboxing video is not provided, or if the video starts after the package has already been opened, the return request will be automatically declined.
3. How to File a Claim
If you receive a damaged item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery:

4. Resolution
Once our team verifies the video proof, we will:
- Issue a refund if the item is out of stock.
